FA777 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or registering an account on FA777 (available at fa777.pw), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered players, visitors and anyone accessing any part of the FA777 website or mobile application.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using FA777. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. FA777 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use FA777, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. FA777 strictly prohibits access by anyone under the age of 18 and will conduct age verification as part of the registration and withdrawal process.
• You must be a resident of or currently located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must register using your own accurate, real and current personal information. False names, fake addresses or incorrect contact details are not permitted.
• You are permitted to hold only one FA777 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether for yourself, using different email addresses, phone numbers or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or immediate family member of FA777 or any of its affiliated companies.

FA777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide these documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and delay of pending withdrawals.

3 Account Management

Once you have successfully registered, you are responsible for all activity that takes place under your FA777 account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made and all withdrawals requested. FA777 will treat all activity on your account as authorised by you unless you have previously reported unauthorised access in writing to our support team.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. FA777 strongly recommends using a unique password that you do not use on any other platform. Do not share your login credentials with anyone — FA777 staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances.

You may update your contact information, payment method details and notification preferences from within your FA777 account dashboard at any time. Any changes to your registered name or identity information must be supported by valid documentation and are subject to FA777 review before taking effect.

FA777 accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance may be closed. Accounts with a positive balance that remain inactive for 12 months will be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of PKR 200, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

4 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on FA777 — including deposits, withdrawals and account balances — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). FA777 does not currently support transactions in foreign currencies. No currency conversion is applied — what you deposit in PKR is what appears in your FA777 balance.

FA777 supports the following payment methods for deposits:

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction within your FA777 account. FA777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. FA777 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. FA777 reserves the right to reject deposits from third-party payment sources and to return funds to their origin if a third-party deposit is detected. Using someone else's JazzCash account, Easypaisa wallet or bank account to deposit into your FA777 account is not permitted.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time from within your FA777 account dashboard, provided your account has passed identity verification and no active bonus wagering requirements remain on the balance you wish to withdraw.

Key withdrawal conditions include:

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. FA777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed during the withdrawal request process.
• FA777 processes withdrawal requests during standard business hours. VIP players at Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing.
• FA777 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where account activity appears unusual.
• Withdrawals are paid in PKR to your registered payment method. Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically same-day; Raast and bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

FA777 regularly offers promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and cashback offers — are subject to their own individual promotion terms. These are published on the FA777 Promotions page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus rules that apply to all FA777 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded for entertainment purposes and must meet their wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PKR 20,000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; Live Casino games and Sports Betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated on each promotion's page.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• FA777 permits only one active bonus at a time per account. Opting into a new promotion while a bonus is active may result in the existing bonus being cancelled.
• FA777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably possible.

Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, or coordinated wagering designed to circumvent bonus conditions — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, clawback of associated winnings and potential permanent account closure.

7 Sports Betting Rules

FA777's Sports Betting section covers a wide range of markets including Cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series, Test matches), Football and Esports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on FA777:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Quoted odds are subject to change until the bet is placed and confirmed.
• FA777 reserves the right to limit, restrict or refuse bets at its discretion, including on specific markets, events or for specific accounts, without obligation to provide a reason.
• In-play bets are accepted during live events and are subject to the odds available at the time of acceptance. Connection delays may affect in-play bet placement and FA777 accepts no responsibility for bets that could not be placed due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to FA777's event-specific rules as published on the Sports Betting page. In most cases, stakes are returned for cancelled events unless a specific alternative settlement rule applies.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — for example, odds that are significantly outside the reasonable market range due to a technical fault — FA777 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes to the players' accounts.
• Cricket bets on PSL and international matches are settled on the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket board. No-result declarations result in stake returns.

FA777 takes match integrity seriously. Any player suspected of placing bets based on inside information, match-fixing knowledge or in coordination with individuals connected to a match will have their account suspended pending investigation, and any winnings may be withheld.

8 Casino & Games Rules

FA777's Casino section includes Slots, Live Casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, game shows) and Bingo. All Casino games are provided by licensed third-party game providers and use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology where applicable.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by FA777 or by previous game results. Each spin, hand or round is an independent event.
• Live Casino games are hosted by real dealers via live video stream. The rules of each Live Casino game are those of the game variant being played and are displayed within the game interface.
• In the unlikely event of a disconnection during a game round, FA777's system will complete the round according to its rules. If a round cannot be completed, the stake will be returned. FA777 is not responsible for losses caused by disconnection on the player's end.
• Bingo games operate on a scheduled basis. Tickets must be purchased before the game begins. FA777 is not responsible if a player is unable to purchase tickets due to late arrival in the Bingo room.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all Casino games. These limits are displayed within the game interface before play begins.

9 Responsible Gaming

FA777 is an entertainment platform intended for adults who choose to play for fun with money they can afford to lose. FA777 strongly encourages all players to approach gaming as a leisure activity with a fixed, affordable budget — not as a way to make money or recover previous losses.

FA777 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your FA777 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder that alerts you after a specified period of continuous play.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on FA777 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Creating more than one FA777 account per person or per household.
• Registering using false, misleading or another person's identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with FA777.
• Attempting to exploit game bugs, software errors or pricing mistakes for profit.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion or insider betting.
• Using the FA777 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing FA777 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access FA777 systems beyond your registered account, including any attempt to access other players' accounts or FA777's internal systems.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or in any manner that violates the stated promotion terms.

FA777 monitors account activity for signs of prohibited behaviour and cooperates with relevant authorities where required. If your account is suspended due to suspected prohibited activity, FA777 will conduct an internal investigation before making a final determination on account closure and fund forfeiture.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

FA777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, non-compliance with identity verification requests, or if FA777 determines that continued account operation poses a risk to FA777 or its players.

If your account is closed by FA777 for a violation of these Terms, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. FA777 will communicate the reason for account closure to the registered email address where legally and operationally appropriate.

You may request closure of your own FA777 account at any time by contacting support. If your account has a positive balance at the time of closure request, FA777 will process a withdrawal of your eligible balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification and the absence of any pending investigations.

12 Privacy & Data

FA777 collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, identity verification, transaction processing and platform operation. The full details of what data FA777 collects, how it is used, who it may be shared with and how long it is retained are set out in the FA777 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering on FA777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. FA777 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention systems as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable obligations.

13 Limitation of Liability

FA777 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond FA777's control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FA777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or revenue arising from platform downtime, game errors or technical faults beyond FA777's reasonable control.
• Losses caused by a player's failure to secure their own account credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on FA777 that was subsequently found to be in error, where FA777 acted promptly to correct the error upon discovery.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits FA777's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Amendments to Terms

FA777 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, FA777 will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or via a notice displayed on the FA777 platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of FA777 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using FA777 and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
